Refund Policy
30-day no-questions refund
30-day no-questions full refund for any buyer (one refund per buyer). Refund at our discretion after 30 days.
If DynoMiata Pro isn't what you expected, email support@dynomiata.com within 30 days of your purchase. We'll process the refund through Stripe — no forms, no follow-up survey, no retention pitch. You'll see the credit on your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
What happens to your account on refund
When the refund processes, your account is downgraded from Pro to free. Your saved runs remain in our database for 30 days after the refund so you can re-purchase without losing data, after which they are deleted. CSV exports you generated before the refund are yours to keep.
One refund per buyer
You can refund once per email address. We will refund anyone who asks within 30 days; we will not refund a second purchase from the same buyer.
After 30 days
Refunds after 30 days are at our discretion. We're a small team and we read every email — if something has gone wrong, just ask. We're more likely to refund a 35-day-old purchase than a 200-day-old one.
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback. We will refund without argument inside the 30-day window. Filing a chargeback when you could have just asked costs us a chargeback fee that the refund didn't, and it ends with the same outcome — a refund.
